Setting Up FTP for Your Webspace.

PersonalWebKit, like most web programs, uploads your website through a process called FTP (File Transfer Protocol). Your ISP will likely allow you to setup your webspace online, and that's where you will get the necessary settings to set up PersonalWebKit's Web Publish feature.
